Bill has a PhD in Real Estate from the University of Florida and is in charge of the daily operations and back-office at Angler Realty. Bill is also a certified land planner and the former Zoning Director for Palm Beach County, FL. His knowledge, experience, and expertise in every aspect of real estate, land entitlements, and land development ensures only the best service is provided to all of our clients and customers.
